M.D.C. Holdings to Webcast Live Its Presentation for the Credit Suisse 2006 Homebuilder Symposium

M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. announced today it will broadcast a presentation being made at the Credit Suisse 2006 Homebuilder Symposium on Tuesday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m. EDT. The presentation can be heard live and will be available for replay until December 11, 2006, by entering the M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. website, RichmondAmerican.com, clicking on "Investors" and selecting "Credit Suisse 2006 Homebuilder Symposium." Also, the Company's presentation materials for the Conference will be available and can be viewed on the "Investors" page under the heading "Credit Suisse 2006 Homebuilder Symposium Financial Presentation."
