M.D.C. Holdings to Webcast Live Its Presentation for the Citigroup 2006 Small & Mid-Cap Conference

Holdings, Inc. announced today it will broadcast a synchronized slide show and audio presentation being made at the Citigroup 2006 Small & Mid-Cap Conference on Wednesday, March 15, at 3:45 p.m. PST. The presentation can be heard live and will be available for replay until April 15, 2006, by entering the M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. website, RichmondAmerican.com, clicking on "Investors" and selecting "Citigroup 2006 Small & Mid-Cap Conference." Also, the Company's presentation materials for the Conference will be available and can be viewed on the "Investors" page under the heading "Citigroup 2006 Small & Mid-Cap Conference Financial Presentation."
