M.D.C. Holdings to Webcast Live Its Presentation for the 19th Annual Citigroup Global Industrial Manufacturing Conference

Holdings, Inc. announced today it will broadcast a synchronized slide show and audio presentation being made at the 19th Annual Citigroup Global Industrial Manufacturing Conference on Wednesday, March 8, at 11:15 a.m. EST. The presentation can be heard live and will be available for replay until April 5, 2006, by entering the M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. website, RichmondAmerican.com, clicking on "Investors" and selecting "19th Annual Citigroup Global Industrial Manufacturing Conference." Also, the Company's presentation materials for the Conference will be available and can be viewed on the "Investors" page under the heading "19th Annual Citigroup Global Industrial Manufacturing Conference Financial Presentation."
