M.D.C. Holdings to Webcast Live Its Presentation for 2006 Wachovia Securities Homebuilders Conference

Holdings, Inc. announced today it will broadcast a synchronized slide show and audio presentation being made at the 2006 Wachovia Securities Homebuilders Conference on Tuesday, February 28, at 10:00a.m. PST. The presentation can be heard live and will be available for replay until March 31, 2006, by entering the M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. website, RichmondAmerican.com, clicking on "Investors" and selecting "2006 Wachovia Securities Homebuilders Conference." Also, the Company's presentation materials for the Conference will be available and can be viewed on the "Investors" page under the heading "2006 Wachovia Securities Homebuilders Conference Financial Presentation."
