M.D.C. Holdings Announces Completion of $250 Million Medium Term Senior Notes Offering

M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has completed the issuance and sale of $250 million principal amount of 5.375% medium term senior notes due July 1, 2015 (the "2015 Notes"), in accordance with terms previously announced. MDC will use the proceeds of the offering to repay certain outstanding indebtedness under its homebuilding line of credit and for general corporate purposes.
